Delicious is an online social bookmarking web service. pretty much what it does is you register for free at the website than when you have a website you want to bookmark cause you might forget it than you copy and paste the url to delicious and put a tag to it that way if someone searches that tag or keyword they will see your bookmark and you can see other people's bookmarks.
